SemicolonCoderZ ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the SolSeek mobile application (the "App").

1. Data Collection and Local Storage

SolSeek is designed with privacy in mind. All game progress, streaks, user settings (including your nickname, chosen avatar, and language preference), and puzzle data are stored locally on your device using secure local databases. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal gameplay information on our own servers.

2. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App integrates with third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements (banner ads and rewarded video ads). AdMob may use device identifiers (like Android Advertising ID), cookies, and similar technologies to provide personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings. • Google Play Games Services: When you sign in with your Google account, authentication is handled directly between your device and Google's servers. Your game achievements and scores may be synced to your Google account.

3. Over-The-Air (OTA) Updates

The App periodically connects to our servers in the background to check for new puzzle content. During this process, standard web request data (like IP addresses) may be temporarily processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare), but we do not track, associate, or store this data.

4. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. While the app is family-friendly and educational, the integrated advertising networks handle their own age-appropriate ad filtering based on your device settings.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
